Chris has helped manage transformation initiatives for complex organizations.
Representative work includes:
○ Collaborating with one of the largest integrated healthcare systems in the nation to create a new internal governance structure for strategic and cross-cutting procurement and logistics initiatives.
○ Leading a data analytics team that advised a hospital system on how to best allocate critical personal protective equipment and other medical supplies during the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
○ Creating and launching a customer service organization to support a client's logistics response to the pandemic.

Chris excels in creating and leading effective, focused, and cooperative community involvement processes.

○ Led the Arlington County Civic Federation's Task Force in Governance and Election Reform (TiGER), guiding the team to develop comprehensive proposals for governmental and election reform by collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders and navigating the complex political landscape and history.
○ Developed and implemented a stakeholder engagement process to create a new communications plan for the Arlington County Civic Federation.
○ Developed and implemented a stakeholder engagement process for a county political party to develop a new digital website strategy.

Chris has advised startups and scaling orgs on performance management, HR operations, and people development as a 3-time head of HR and coach.

Chris is an active member of non-profit boards with a focus on improving financial management and fundraising capacity.
Board service includes:
○ Serves as a board member and founding member of the Development Committee at Story District, a non-profit organization emphasizing storytelling. In this role, Chris partnered with the Executive Director to improve the organization’s fundraising and earned revenue programs.
○ Formerly a member of the Board of Trustees at the Santé Group, where he served on the Audit Committee. His primary responsibility was ensuring that public and donor funds were managed responsibly and efficiently.
○ Served as the founding chair of the Santé Group's Joint Committee on Fundraising and Development. Responsible for establishing infrastructure and policies to launch successful fundraising programs.
